The first printer I received was defective. They have replaced the printer with a new one and it works as advertised.
It's a very nice portable dye sublimation printer that I plan to use for light printing when I travel.

I ended up buying one, returning it because there was no charging cable. I chose to just exchange it since I had a good idea the printer itself was a good product. The 2nd one I recieved also didn't have a charging cable (tho the same printer my daughter bought did). It took awhile to pair with my phone since I didn't realize the pairing was done in the app, not the phone. Once I figured that out (and fortunatly I did find a cable that would work to charge the printer. I could not contact Kodak and Amazon chat help has gone to the dogs. They USED to be very good.

Great little printer for small photos. I bought specifically for scrapbooking smaller albums or layouts! Easy to transport. It does not come with a charging cord, that?�s my only disappointment. Luckily I have a c port charging cord for another electronic. Printing is less than a minute and the app shows you exactly what?�s printing for colors and lamination. If you?�re a crafter this is a great little addition to your stash.
