Giving your loved ones your Kodak Mini Shot 3 ERA will make you very happy. Give your loved ones this portable photo printer so you can share a lifetime of happy memories with them. Use face detection and autofocus to take detailed pictures. Give the instant camera all the control to capture clear, sharp images with your subjects consistently in focus.
My family and I love this Kodak camera. It's extremely easy to use, which is so nice because the whole family is able to take pictures with it. My 7-year-old is especially fond of this camera and has a developed an appreciation for picture taking, which as a mom I think is great. Printing pictures is simple, too, but does require you to connect to Bluetooth. The picture quality is good, and it's such a good way to instantly capture a moment and be able to print it out. Also, I love the look of this camera, because it reminds me of the way old cameras used to be. I would definitely recommend this camera for anyone looking for easy and "instant" photography.
Having grown up in the Polaroid generation, there?s still a place in my heart for instant prints. The KODAK Mini Shot 3 ERA Instant Camera and Photo Printer offers instant prints and more. First, it has an odd, chunky profile?four inches by about five-and-a-half. With a cartridge of sheets, it weighs about one pound. The all-plastic body is trimmed with Kodak?s fabled yellow and red colors, but the retro feel ends there. The selfie mirror above the lens indicates that this is not your grandpa?s Kodak. There is more to come in back where a small screen displays auto focus (including a face detection feature) and auto flash status along with the remaining power level. There is a power on/off button, a Print button, and navigation and selection buttons that allow users to select from many shooting options, including prints with or without borders; six tonal filters (including black and white); a 10-second self-timer option; and on/off/auto choices for the onboard flash. The camera is powered by a built-in 1,250mAh battery via a USB-Type C charging port. The Mini Shot connects to your mobile device gallery via Bluetooth. The companion app, Kodak Mini Shot, provides users with basic editing tools and options for printing Mini Shot images, and allows for saving images from the camera and performing remote captures. The camera will also print other images already in your Gallery, which is a huge plus. When the Mini Shot takes a picture, it appears in the display window on the back of the camera. Users can choose to reject pictures they don?t like or to print individual or multiple copies of those they do. That?s a tough call to make as the display window is small and low quality. Choose wisely?no pictures are stored in the camera once they are printed or rejected. The image quality of Mini Shot captures is generally good but prints from most images already in my Gallery that were captured by other devices are generally better irrespective of how much editing they may already have received. The paper prints themselves are high-quality, glossy, fingerprint- and water-resistant.NOTE: I contacted Kodak about cartridges for the Mini Retro and Mini Era cameras and was told they both use the same paper/sheet cartridge. The fun factor for this camera runs high. It may be a seldom-used feature but know that the camera automatically turns off after five minutes of inactivity.
