Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Kodak Photo Printer aims to ship orders promptly and provide reliable delivery. Please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control once the package is handed to the carrier (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or regional service limitations). If a delivery issue occurs, we will work with you to help resolve it.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States (including select U.S. territories) and Canada, only to addresses supported by our courier partners.

United States & Select U.S. Territories

  • Orders are typically shipped via USPS (or another designated carrier).
  • Delivery is generally available where USPS service is available, but some regions may be restricted (for example, certain remote areas, select U.S. territories, or specific address types).
  • If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and, when applicable, cancel and refund the order.

Canada

  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post, DHL, or other designated couriers.
  • Delivery is available only to regions supported by these carriers. Some remote or rural locations may have limited service.
  • If your address is not serviceable, we will notify you and, when applicable, cancel and refund the order.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Any delivery issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer are considered the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

As a general principle, Kodak Photo Printer is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from customer-provided address errors.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed package, the following will apply:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the customer requests reshipment, additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is resent.

If the total incurred shipping and return costs exceed the order amount, the remaining balance may not be refundable.

Processing Time, Tracking & Split Shipments

  • Orders may require processing time before shipment in addition to carrier transit time.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Notification with tracking information.
  • If your order includes items with different availability (e.g., backorder/preorder), items may ship separately when available.

Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For shipments to Canada, customs duties, GST/HST, provincial taxes, and import fees may apply depending on local regulations. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of Loss and Title

Title to the product(s) transfers to you when the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
