I do love the printer itself I would recommend some updates to the app. I would add more fun boarders and things. Also I would make it easier to select photos by adding an option to click it under a menu item instead of waiting for the app to suggest photo selection.

The first printer I received was defective. They have replaced the printer with a new one and it works as advertised.
It's a very nice portable dye sublimation printer that I plan to use for light printing when I travel.

I ended up buying one, returning it because there was no charging cable. I chose to just exchange it since I had a good idea the printer itself was a good product. The 2nd one I recieved also didn't have a charging cable (tho the same printer my daughter bought did). It took awhile to pair with my phone since I didn't realize the pairing was done in the app, not the phone. Once I figured that out (and fortunatly I did find a cable that would work to charge the printer. I could not contact Kodak and Amazon chat help has gone to the dogs. They USED to be very good.

The picture quality comes out great. The color is tricky you just have to play with it or add a little contrast or brightness 1 or 2 don?�t add more than what the picture needs always use bright pictures they will come out looking better.

I bought this about 9 months ago. I've printed 210 photos. The quality is good enough. I've only had 1 print fail and that was most likely because I loaded more than 5 sheets into the tray and the printer grabbed more than 1 sheet and ultimately printed the image 1/2 on 1 sheet and 1/2 on the other. Now I always load exactly 5. I edit the photos to be a little brighter than needed so it prints correctly. Sometimes darker photos print almost as just black or extremely under exposed. Recently the print has been over heating, a little annoying when trying to print a lot of images. Also it's slow. good enough for me but maybe thats something that will bother youPoint of advice - I like this printer. I take it to parties and I give people photos to take home, but the white model is cheaper and the bag this comes with is too small to fit anything besides the printer and the charger.

It works OK when working. It likes to cut off one edge od pictures and there is no way to crop at out to stop it from doing that.I already had to return for a replacement at 10 pics printed due to the roller making a horrible noise like it is going to break.See photo that is cut off at edge of my dogs nose. The nose is fully in the original pic.See video of noise it makes after only 10 pics.

Great little printer for getting phone images ou of the cloud and printed. Not an issue; but seems to be noisier than the older version.

The picture quality is slightly above average at best. If you need a printer for scrapbooking or printing out quick photos this will do the trick. But if you?�re looking for high quality prints this is not it. Prints will come slightly darker than your phone and it is hard to adjust to get what you see on screen as opposed to other printers or printing services (ie photo kiosks at Target or CVS).The starter cartridge only lasts for 10 prints so be sure to buy cartridges and paper when you buy the printer. My big issue is when installing the new cartridge, it did not recognize it. I installed a second cartridge which turned out to be defective. Eevery other photo now has scratches and color misprints even after multiple attempts.

This printer works really well! It takes a little time to print a photo and it lays down the colors in layers and then it laminates the photo afterwards. But after this process the photo looks just like any picture that you would get from any photo printer. It's worth it for what we need it for. My mom likes to print photos to send to her best friend who lives far away. This is perfect for that. She doesn't have to use a computer, she just uses her phone, the app connects automatically to her phone through our network and she can print things right from the gallery on her phone. The app is pretty easy to use. So I recommend this printer. It's really good for the money that you spend on it, it's a small compact size, and it's easy for my older mother to manage on her own.
