I received my NEW Kodak Dock Era printer, well, nothing but trouble ...set it up...tried to print a photo...as it was coming out of the printer I saw a magenta colored cellophane covering the photo...end result below! I then proceeded to print another and the same thing happened...I then was thinking it was the cartridge and guess what...I discovered that 1 of the 2 cartridges was damaged (attached is a photo of unopened cartridges). Now, what am I to do? Is it possible that I have a bad printer because of the initial trial using the enclosed cartridge? Please respond ASAP...thanks.
