I love the fact that this is a pocket portable printer
The printer prints beautifully. I am happy with that. The issues I did have were finding
a cord and charger to charge the battery. Under "Charging Caution", there is this statement ""Use a regular 5V-1A charger", 'Use a genuine adapter or USB cable with the correct voltage." No definition of what genuine means. It further goes on to say "Do not use a non-genuine or USB cable". Again, what defines "non-genuine" vs "genuine". I ordered a "5V-1A" charger" from Amazon. It does not come with the cord. However, I found a cord on a small desk fan that I have and amazingly it worked. I have no idea if the cord needs to be "genuine" but it seems to work ok. I would think Kodak could sell the charger and the cord as an option to eliminate the days it took me to resolve this issue.
I also was pleased with my contact with support. They responded quickly and documented our conversations with a return email. Although they were limited with what they could do with my issue. The assumption was that "any" or "most" household would have the necessary charger and cord.
This is by far the best portable printer I’ve seen, colors and quality are true to photos! Plus I ordered these on a Sunday and they were delivered Monday even tho it was a holiday!
